Hello, my name is Jim Graham & I am the President of USA Investors Realty.  This page is designed to give you a general overview of what the position entails and a little insight as to why we need more people.

But, First let me say thank you for taking the time to respond to our job posting.

Secondly, I want to apologize for being so impersonal.

Although, I would love to speak directly with you personally, during this phase with all the responses we are getting, I would get nothing done if I took every call or email. So I automated this part of the process to make it more efficient for you and me.  However, if you are still interested after this point I will be reaching out to you soon.

As the posting said, we are looking for a good reliable person or company that will clean our vacation rentals when our guests check out.

The Areas of Work Scope Will Be:

  • Changing Bed Linen
  • Vacuuming Carpet
  • Mopping Floors
  • Cleaning Bath Room
  • Cleaning Kitchen
  • Cleaning Linen

We have 20 units and are expanding so we need additional people with the ability to handle the regular cleaning of our units.  Cleanings typically takes 45 mins - 1.25hrs. to clean once a guest checks out.

Checkout Times are 11am and the check in times for the next guests are at 3pm. So we expect cleanings to begin by 11:30am-11:45am and be completed 1hr before check-ins.  All the cleaning equipment and supplies are provided by us and are at each site.

All of our units are spread out over 5 buildings which are currently in the Rochester city limits and within a 5-10 mile radius of each other.

 

There's also opportunity for someone who can clean & deliver our linen throughout the week.

All applicants will be independent contractors but will become part of a team that works with my local residential development company headquartered in Rochester, NY. Candidates must be reliable and able to travel as needed for Jobs in Monroe County.

As we've decided to take on more properties in and around the city of Rochester, I realize that we can't continue to grow our vacation real estate portfolio at this pace and maintain our sanity without more automation in place.
